Who is responsible?

Your game stays in your browser

The game does not require an account. Game progress, a backup of the guild before your latest import, sound preference and tutorial-dismissal preference are stored in your browser’s local storage. The game does not upload these saves to us or sync them between devices.

Storage supports the game and settings you use. It remains until overwritten, removed by your browser or cleared by you. To remove all game data, clear this website’s site data in your browser settings. Ledger codes are exported and imported locally; the game does not upload them to a server. Copy your export before clearing site data. The permanent fantasy-guild-manager.com address has separate storage: export on the old site and import on the new site. The two copies do not sync.

Hosting and connection data

Serving and protecting the game involves processing technical request data such as IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information. Our basis is legitimate interests in delivering a reliable, secure game (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not operate a player-account database or add gameplay analytics, advertising trackers or third-party font requests in the game code.

The Arcdrake Studios deployment uses Cloudflare. Technical data may be processed internationally under its applicable safeguards; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy and data processing terms. The legacy chatgpt.site deployment also uses OpenAI’s hosting platform; platform-level processing is described in OpenAI’s privacy policy. These hosting services may process operational or security data independently of the game’s local saves.

We retain personal data only for the relevant operational, security or correspondence purpose and any applicable legal obligations. Provider-controlled technical-log retention follows the provider’s service arrangements; we do not promise that all hosting logs are immediately deleted.

If you contact us

We process the address, message and any information you choose to send to answer your request, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries or Article 6(1)(f) for other correspondence. Mail is handled through Microsoft 365. The separate company contact form is covered by the company website privacy notice.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority. We cannot access or erase saves held only on your device; use your browser’s site-data controls.
